The company’s profits are based on the operating company’s which UTV is in the
process of incubating, and from exits on previous investments. The company is
committed to “MAKING POVERTY HISTORY”, and 25% of all company profits starting
in fiscal 2005 will be donated to non profits and NGO’s who are focused on this
goal.
